We are pleased to inform you that our previous Managing Director, Mr Gérard Stolz, has taken over the family-owned company SOPREM Automation AG from the Kühner family with retroactive effect from 1 January 2021.

For you, as our partners, this takeover does not mean any significant changes; all concluded and existing contracts remain valid.

As a matter of course, we keep offering you continuity:

  • The SOPREM team guarantees you an unobstructed execution of your orders also in the future
  • Our employees remain available for you as competent contact persons under the same contact details
  • The location in Grenchen will remain unchanged, but our post office box will be closed with immediate effect
